• Instagram or social media handle
• Website URL
• Business information (revenue, goals, bottlenecks)
• Booking preferences and scheduling data

• To schedule and confirm your strategy call
• To send booking confirmations and appointment reminders via SMS and email
• To prepare for your consultation
• To improve our services

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and booking a call, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages including booking confirmations and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing SMS without separate opt-in consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the services that run this site: Supabase (storage), Resend (email), Telnyx (SMS), Vercel (hosting), PostHog and Google Analytics (site analytics), and our calendar provider (booking).

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

This site is served over HTTPS. Information you enter in our forms is stored with Supabase, our storage provider. Quantum Memory itself is installed on your own computer: your memory lives on your own computer, not on our servers.
