These terms govern your use of the Quantum Memory AI ("QMA") website and booking services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
QMA provides AI consulting strategy calls booked through our online scheduling system. Our booking form collects information to prepare for your consultation and confirm your appointment.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Strategy calls are scheduled through our booking system. You will receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at jack@quantummemory.ai.
3. SMS Communications
By booking a call and providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your booking (confirmations, reminders). You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking. You are responsible for attending scheduled calls or cancelling in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by QMA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
QMA provides consulting advice on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
